The Mission of the Hanson Bridgett Sustainable Business Practice

The mission of the Hanson Bridgett Sustainable Business Practice is to help businesses and other organizations with sustainable agendas succeed and to help foster the growth of the sustainable business movement. We created the Sustainable Business Forum to provide a regular and ongoing opportunity for business people to share ideas and best practices, develop contacts and get access to capital and resources—in short, to help them succeed.

Each month the Sustainable Business Forum features expert speakers from varying sectors of the sustainable movement who will provide insight into one of the important issues of sustainability affecting the business world. In addition to each presentation, attendees are provided with ample time to connect with other like-minded people and learn about the latest developments and trends in sustainable business.

Our Chief Collaboration Officer, Bill Daul, was my date at a reception for the 2007 Tech Award laureates at the Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose on Tuesday night. We had a great time and represented well I think :^)

I have a full post of the 25 award winners (5 each in the categories of environment, equality, education, economic development, and health) at the Collab blog, but wanted to include in this blog the people (some winners, some guests) that Bill and I had a chance to meet individually in case we can help make a connection for any NextNowers.
