To give you an exciting update, we will launch March 1st with our new network.

We are going to have fully-featured community networking capability, with integrations with social media services.— Attached is a *draft* thumbnail of the front page
(Note: This is not final. Images will represent more diversity and be multi-cultural. There will be video of what is Dreamfish, and interaction. Also, the license will be Creative Commons, Non-commercial. 3.0 (which means any content in public domain stays public domain)

This is possible thanks to many of you here. We have dramatically sped up— our engineering time with existing open source service, and increased our capacity for community management. Thank you especially to Maureen O’Malley, Pete Kaminski, Joe Bogner, Johannes Klose, Sasha Mrkailo, Fabio Barone, Andres Manso, Zonker, Bryan Smith, and Ariel Goodman.

BIG applause welcome and thanks to our many new folks –— Julie Anding, Scott Turner thanks for pledges of substantial support, Elisabeth Montgomery for video production, Lisa Abbot, who many of you know, is leading Product management; Devin Blong, User Experience design; Switch Johannsen, developer/ illustrator/designer, Chad Renard, visual designer.

Timeline
Community management projects are forming now. Like a phone tree, our community managers will help many of us here learn how to act as community facilitators, to pair up with a few hundred of us in our community get onboard, learn to use the network, and start connecting like bunnies! before we go live to the world. We will move off of the wiki to this new home.

Get involved February 20-March 1
If you want to contribute some time to act as Community facilitator, help everyone here get familiar with our new home, that would be— fantastic. Next week, I’ll send out a call with an announcement for a training where you’ll learn and practice how to use the tools and coach folks. Save the time.

Member Drive
Dreamfish is becoming a cooperative officially. That means that we all will co-own Dreamfish together. Everyone will have one share, one vote, and we will share the net profits in proportion to what we put in. To be a member, we each will purchase one lifetime member share of the cooperative for $25 plus any time one can pledge. Our revenue will come from our sharing 10% of revenue we each earn in Dreamfish with the cooperative.— For any of us who can afford more than $25, you can sponsor a number of low-income members, or pledge to fund a project that makes your heart sing. We’ll be doing the Member Drive in ten days. I will send you another update on it next week.

Capital Drive
To support our launch, we must raise capital now. So, we are now offering investments in Dreamfish at $5,000 minimum, at a target of 5% dividend. This offer is for members of our community. We want to raise $15,000 by March 1st. If you are interested in investing, please contact me for more information.
