Dear Doug and Mei Lin
The US State Department issued today “Roots of Innovation”, a publication that will be distributed through all US embassies worldwide. It will be translated into a number of languages.
The State Dept invited me to write the first chapter “What is Innovation”.
Doug, you will find yourself carrying a central part in the chapter. There is a picture of you, as well
